What can be Exchanged?

  • Currently, we only accept Exchange for damaged Products.
  • we don’t accept return and refund.

What is required for a EXCHANGE?

To process your exchange, the following is mandatory:
  • Clear Unboxing Video is must for any exchange.
  • Invoice
  • Send Invoice and unpacking video at jeeyo.help@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Our representatives will guide you through the next steps.
Time Frame for Returns:

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible, but no later than 3 days after receiving a damaged Product, to initiate your exchange

*Important Notes:

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, or ironing of the dress.
  • To exchange Product, it must be damaged as allowed by our policy and the unboxing video should clearly show its condition.
  • No cancellation once the order has been placed
